We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.

2. User accounts

3. Payments and refunds

If you use our Service to hire laborers for services, you agree to pay the fees specified for those services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

4. Intellectual property

Our Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by RGSMW Firstcall Services Private Limited, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

• Your computer or device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.

5. Disclaimers and limitations of liability

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it or our Service will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any such dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Madhubani, Bihar, India.
